Terms and Conditions
– Ownership of Products:
The seller retains ownership of the items until full payment is made, and has the right to retrieve goods if payment is not received.
– Returns and Refunds:
There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returns, and returns of custom-made or bespoke items are not accepted unless faulty. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
– Packaging and Furniture Disposal:
The seller will dispose of the packaging for free, but charges £30+VAT per item for furniture disposal (if required)
– Validity of Quote:
The quote is valid for 30 days and please note delays in confirmation or payment could lead to longer lead times.
– Access and Readiness:
The property must be ready on the installation date and accessible, with a preferred lockbox for entry. If access or installation is not possible, there is a £499.00 plus VAT redelivery charge.
– Rescheduling:
Changes to the delivery or installation schedule can be made, but must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
– Payment:
Full payment should be made at least 2 days before the installation date, unless another agreement is in place.
– Appliance Warranties:
Appliances come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and any claims should be directed to the manufacturer’s customer support.
