If you are considering lease finance for your furniture package there are several benefits to bear in mind. Firstly, you can obtain 100% finance and spread the cost over a period of three years. This allows you to use the furniture immediately without disrupting your cash flow. Additionally, you do not have to compromise on the quality of furniture or accessories you purchase. As long as you pay the monthly amount, you’ll have exclusive use of the equipment using the income generated by your investment to pay for the furniture. Not only does this help you set up, it also helps you scale up, enabling you to achieve your property ambitions!

 Another benefit of furniture financing is that the rental payments may be fully tax deductible, please verify this via your own financial advisor. You also have the opportunity at the end of the rental term to own the furniture by making one final monthly payment. Even if you have to give the property back on a R2R model we would suggest the best move would be to either sell the furniture for a much higher value than the final payment or ask us to help relocate the package to a new property for a fair charge.

If you decide to go down the finance route with YPF there are a few things to note. If you need your furniture order quickly, you can secure your delivery slot by paying before despatch and sorting finance retrospectively. Once the finance company has made the payment we will refund this to you in full within 48 hours. However, if you do not wish to pay upfront to secure your delivery date, we can always move your delivery date back until finance is agreed. On average finance typically takes 7 days to arrange.
