YPF Terms & Conditions

 

Prior to Installation:

  • We will call you 3 days prior to delivery to confirm that the property is ready and request access details.
  • We can use a key-box code, or call a point of contact when 1 hour from site, we are also happy to collect keys from an agent subject to them being within a 10 miles radius from the property (any further we will charge a small fee to cover our costs).
  • Please advise of any access issues, (such as lift out of use, narrow doorways, narrow staircases or staircases with a return). We can adapt our products to fit if we know in advance.
  • In addition to this, please kindly advise if the property is on a red-route or pedestrianised street and we can then contact the local council for any permits that might be required.

Payment:

  • Unless authorised in advance, we require payment in full 3 days prior to installation.
  • Accepted methods of payment are bank transfer, credit or debit card. (We also accept American Express with 1.5% transaction fee.)
  • If using lease finance we require approval in principal from the broker/lender (pending paperwork), before despatch You may pay in advance by Bank Transfer and we will refund you within 48 hours of the lease payment being paid out.

Failed Installation:

  • If we arrive and the property and it is not ready for us to furnish we reserve the right to charge £499.00 plus vat to cover our costs.
  • Please also make sure that the property is free of builders and materials as this will have an adverse effect on the quality of installation we are able to undertake.
  • If requested to leave the furniture for the builders to complete, it will void any warranties and returns should any product be discovered to be damaged. It is therefore really vital that we have uninterrupted access to perform your installation to the best of our ability.

Returning of Goods:

  • As part of our service we are happy to offer furniture planning advice if A3 scaled floor plans are provided.
  • We are also happy to look at photos and walk-through videos.
  • If any items are returned (unless damaged or faulty) we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 25% to cover logistical costs and other associated overheads.
  • Any bespoke items requested by yourself or items sourced specifically on your behalf are non-returnable unless defective.

Retention of Title:

  • The risk of the goods shall pass from the seller to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk of the goods, title and property of the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer.

Access permission to reclaim:

  • By purchasing goods from us, you are happy to enter into an agreement where we may obtain access to reclaim our goods should you default on payment (which is deemed over 30 days from delivery unless agreed).
