• If don’t own the property where the furniture is going a copy of the tenancy agreement must be provided. This must be the same or longer than the term of finance

• Rate of £35.00 up to deals £30k (anything over rate on application)

  Example monthly repayment £6000 plus vat (£210.00 plus vat per month) *based on a 36 month term

Tier B Ltd companies only

• Established business 2 years or more.

• Non homeowners ok

• Rent to rent ok

• If don’t own the property where the furniture is going a copy of the tenancy agreement must be provided. This must be the same or longer than the term of finance

• 1–5-year finance deals available

• Rate of £38.50

  Example monthly repayment based on a £6000.00 plus vat furniture package =  (£231.00 plus vat per month) *based on a 36 month term

Tier 3 Ltd companies only

• Any business that is less than 2 years trading

• Any brand-new business

• HOMEOWNERS only

• 1–3-year deal maximum

• Rate of £40.50

  Example monthly repayment based on a £6000.00 plus vat furniture package = (£243.00 plus vat per month) *based on a 36 month term

  • The lease finance agreement is considered unsecured lending so your home is not at risk or offered as security.
  • You own the furniture at the end of the term.
  • Approvals within principle given within 24 hours.
