The Astley Buy to Let Furniture Package
Astley is a warm, modern buy to let furniture package built around rich Bardolino Oak and a striking black velvet Latchmere headboard. The look is grounded and grown-up – grey Scala sofa, grey Belgium dining set and an oak-topped Nova coffee table – then lifted with a confident pop of mustard from the Oslo accent chair and cushions. It is a neutral scheme with real personality, which makes it ideal for landlords who want their property to feel like a home rather than a rental, without alienating tenants with bold colour. Hard-wearing finishes and timeless shapes mean Astley keeps looking good tenancy after tenancy, helping you hold your rent and reduce void periods.
Ideal for: family homes, suburban houses and landlords wanting a warm, neutral look.
